The Canadian Post-Secondary Access Partnership (CPSAP) is an emerging, membership-based national network of community access service providers, post-secondary institutions, schools, not-for-profit organizations, employers and others that are uniting to address the barriers faced by young people and adult learners in accessing and succeeding in post-secondary education.

Education has the power to build a strong and healthy country and vibrant communities. Education is the key to economic prosperity and social equity. Yet many talented, deserving Canadians can’t access the education they need to help build a better society. While over two-thirds of all new jobs require a post-secondary education, four out of 10 Canadians are not obtaining a post-secondary credential.
